Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate team in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and high-quality care to residents and families.
• Observe and evaluate each resident on your assigned unit.
• Administer and document current medications and treatments.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiating immediate “life-saving” measures when necessary.
• Deliver direct nursing care to residents and provide clinical supervision of assigned care staff.
• Perform and document a comprehensive assessment on each assigned resident and develop a care plan.

Requirements

• Must have a current, unencumbered, state licensed practical nurse license.
• CPR certification is required.
• A can-do/will-do attitude to assist others.
