About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate team in your community.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and high-quality care to residents and families.
- Observe and evaluate each resident on your assigned unit.
- Administer and document current medications and treatments.
- Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiating immediate “life-saving” measures when necessary.
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents and provide clinical supervision of assigned care staff.
- Perform and document a comprehensive assessment on each assigned resident and develop a care plan.
Requirements
- Must have a current, unencumbered, state licensed practical nurse license.
- CPR certification is required.
