About the role

As the LPN, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

• Overseeing the medical management of assigned Residential Program & caseload
• Assisting the RN in development and maintenance of records and care plans
• Keeping the RN informed of program needs and any issues regarding the individuals
• Administering and recording prescribed medications following established protocols
• Providing direct support to the individuals as needed

Requirements

• Registered New York State Licensed Practical Nurse
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required

Pay

Minimum Salary: $22.57/hour
Maximum Salary: $26.67/hour

Schedule

M-F flexible schedule, no on-call expectations, no evenings, no weekends, no mandating, and all 17 observed holidays off.
