Schedule

Full time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM

Location

Warren County, Ohio, and surrounding areas, including Mason and Springboro, Ohio.

About the role

Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN. Assist registered nurses in carrying out the plan of care, performing specialized procedures as defined in the state nurse practice act, and reinforcing patient and family education regarding end‑of‑life care. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, keep the RNCM informed of changes, and pursue professional growth through education, workshops, conferences, and organizational involvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN in performing specialized procedures under physician’s orders.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to keep patient care plans current.
• Reinforce patient and family education regarding end‑of‑life care.
• Maintain communication with the RNCM about observed changes.
• Engage in self‑development through continuing education, workshops, conferences, and professional organization participation.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nursing degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• BLS certification.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.
• Reliable transportation.
