Licensed Practical Nurse

Brookside Rehab. & Nursing in Warrenton, VA is seeking compassionate and committed Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team.

Schedule

• Full-Time/Part-Time Day (7a–3p)
• Evening (3p–11p)
• Night (11p–7a)

Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Pay

• Rate of pay: $31.50 to $33.16 per hour (plus shift differentials as applicable)
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (limited time offer)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal, and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort
• Collect samples and monitor catheters
• Provide wound care
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
• Help coach staff as necessary

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
