Base pay: $29.50 per hour
Schedule
- Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (12 hours per week)
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (16 hours per week)
Sign-on bonus: $3,500
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact person and coordinator of medical supports for all assigned individuals
- Perform medical treatment when necessary (e.g., temperatures, blood pressures)
- Consult with program staff on specific medical interventions, techniques, and documentation requirements
- Make referrals for appropriate health care and dental needs, if applicable
- Perform on-call responsibilities, as assigned by the Director of Nursing services
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse with at least 2 years’ experience
- At least two years working in the field of developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
