Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting needs.
• Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes to supervising nurses.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed by healthcare providers.
• Perform light cleaning and organization tasks in patient living spaces.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform the duties listed above.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.

Skills
