Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered bedside nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor vital signs and document care accurately
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support rehab and long-term care
- Educate families on care plans and health management
- Maintain a safe, homelike environment while ensuring high standards of clinical quality and compassion
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid LPN license
- Strong clinical skills in nursing care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Ability to follow regulatory standards and care plans
- Compassionate approach to resident care and family support
