Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Ambulatory Urology, providing patient care under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Collect patient data
- Communicate observations to the healthcare team
- Deliver care per care plans and policies
- Participate in quality improvement projects
- Mentor colleagues
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Valid LPN license
- BLS certification
- Relevant experience (preferably in urology)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and work flexible hours
