About the role

• Provides immediate medical care to patients experiencing acute health issues
• Handles emergency calls and dispatches ambulatory services as needed
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and treatment continuity

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to emergency calls from the public and hospital staff
• Administers first aid and performs basic life support procedures
• Coordinates ambulance transport and communicates with healthcare providers
• Assists in triaging patients based on severity of their condition

Requirements

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of emergency medical terminology and protocols
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively
