*Licensed Practical Nurse - 3 North (Med Surg)

About the role

Implements and assists with nursing care for patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses. Provides care to a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Works within the scope of practice as defined by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient care activities
• Administers medications as ordered
• Monitors patient health status and reports changes to RNs
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Documents patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Authorized to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma
