Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer and evaluate nursing care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
• Ensure supervision complies with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
• Maintain established standards of practice per the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software and other programs.

Pay

• Hourly wage: $36.00 – $40.00 per hour.
• Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 (paid out quarterly; program details may vary by building – see HR for facility‑specific plans).

Schedule

• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.
• Shifts needed: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
