Licensed Podiatry Nail Tech

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care as directed by the podiatrist.
• Perform nail care procedures, including nail shaping and cuticle care.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and aftercare for treatments.
• Document care provided, including but not limited to: procedures performed, patient education, and assist with integrity of medical records.
• Maintain an office environment that is safe, organized and supplied with the necessary equipment, instruments, supplies and educational materials.
• Ensure equipment is functioning safely and properly.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment according to specified guidelines.
