About the role
We are seeking licensed plumbing vendors to join our team in Birmingham, AL. This position is part of the Residential – Operations / On-site team.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing systems in residential properties
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and plumbing standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide quality service
- Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Licensed plumber in Alabama
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and safety protocols
- Proficiency in using common plumbing tools and equipment
Skills
