Licensed Physician Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and independent Physician’s Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary clinic in Macomb County, Michigan. The ideal candidate will work in a team environment providing primary medical services, functional medicine, orthopedic/physical therapy services, and nutrition services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patient conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as appropriate
• Teach and educate patients about their health and wellness
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs

Requirements

• Must be licensed in the state of Michigan
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for holistic and integrative healthcare

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic health records systems
• Knowledge of functional medicine principles
• Experience with physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques

$47.00 - $51.00 per hour
