Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis at a highly rated continuing care retirement community located in Cincinnati, Ohio (near Springdale area). Our facility offers a comprehensive range of care services, including independent living, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Requirements

  • Valid Ohio state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy education program.
  • Subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam.
  • Fulfillment of the state’s requirements for licensure.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
