Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Part Time or PRN

About the role

This flexible position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while accommodating a variety of scheduling needs, including weekday and weekend availability. We can offer a consistent schedule of 10 to 15 hours per week, tailored to your availability and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete recertifications, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Deliver effective, patient-centered treatment to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
