Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time Home Health

About the role

This is a full-time position providing home health therapy services to patients across the Indianapolis area, primarily on the northeast, north, and northwest sides of Indianapolis and within nearby continuing care retirement communities. In this role, you will help older adults improve safety, independence, mobility, and daily function in their own homes or senior living settings.

Requirements

• Active Indiana Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Completion of a nationally accredited Physical Therapist program
• Passing score on the national licensure exam
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States (proof required upon offer)
