About the role
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Ortho is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our dedicated team in Middletown, Matawan, Morganville, Manalapan, and Tinton Falls, NJ clinics. Our clinics offer individualized treatment plans, collaborative environments, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
- Track and celebrate patient progress
- Serve as a coach, educator, and motivator
- Collaborate with a supportive team
- Share high-fives and celebrate successes
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Pending or current Physical Therapy licensure in the respective state
- A lifelong learner with a commitment to growth
Qualifications
- Strong patient care values and a focus on outcomes
- Passionate about working in outpatient orthopedic settings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
