About the role

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Ortho is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our dedicated team. This position offers a patient-centered focus, collaboration, mentorship, and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
• Track and celebrate patient progress
• Serve as a coach, educator, and motivator
• Collaborate with a supportive team
• Share high-fives with colleagues

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Pending or current PT licensure in the respective state
• Loves patient care and values strong outcomes
• Willing to be a lifelong learner and grow professionally

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for orthopedic care
• Experience with ScribeIQ documentation tool

• Excellent clinical judgment
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs

• Competitive salary range: $90,000–$110,000/year (based on location, experience, hours, certifications, and more)
