Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Assist patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
• Conduct home visits
• Observe progress, document findings, and communicate with the supervising therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Active Virginia PTA license
• Minimum one year of clinical experience
• Knowledge of home health regulations
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
