Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time

About the role

This is a full-time position at a continuing care retirement community on the northeast side of Fort Wayne, Indiana, serving diverse patient populations including short-term rehab, long term care, outpatient, assisted living, and independent living.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized therapy to help residents thrive in a supportive, therapist-owned organization.

Requirements

• Active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PTA education program.
• Passing of a state-administered national exam.
• Fulfillment of Indiana’s licensure requirements.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States (proof required upon offer).
