Responsibilities
- Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
- Aid residents in improving mobility, safety, strength, endurance, and independence
- Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and PCC
- Support individualized resident-centered treatment plans
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania PTA license
- SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
