Responsibilities

• Join a team that thrives on a blended caseload, encompassing non-surgical and post-operative rehabilitation, sport-specific therapy, and joint/spine management.
• Participate in specialty programs to serve patients with neurological deficits, balance/vestibular dysfunction, concussions, pelvic health dysfunction and more.
• Support specialty certifications and individualized development opportunities.
• Have a specific interest or passion and benefit from our support for specialty therapy services.

Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Active or pending North Carolina physical therapist assistant license
• Individualized Professional Development Program
• Annual continued education allowance
• In-house continued education courses and certifications
• Elevate Virtual Clinician Development Series - Team-based learning sessions comprised of presentations on relevant topics and skill acquisition
• Paid licensure renewal
• Clinical Mentorship Program
