- Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients in accordance with company and state standards.
- Identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions through detailed inspections.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain findings, treatment options, and preventive recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and timely digital service notes and reports.
- Prepare and organize company vehicle, equipment, and materials each day.
- Install and service monitoring systems, including electronic rodent monitoring devices.
- Apply pesticides and service bait or monitoring stations as scheduled.
- Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and exterior structures for pest evidence and access points.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain your WSDA Operator’s License and enhance technical expertise.
- Valid WSDA Commercial Operator’s License required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Able to carry and operate a 2–4-gallon sprayer.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, driving record check, and 4-panel drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Availability for occasional weekend or evening work as needed.
- Hourly rate: $27–$35 per hour (depending on experience).
- Additional earnings: Uncapped commission opportunities.
