Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Family group counseling practice with flexible days/hours in two office locations, Valparaiso and Michigan City.

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, individuals, couples, or families. The clinician will see clients in our Valparaiso and Michigan City offices, as well as provide some teletherapy. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Responsibilities

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers as needed
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a counseling or social work field
• Fully licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and families
