Pay
$80,000–$85,000 salary, with a bonus for achieving caseload targets within 12 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Write and maintain case notes and reviews.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science field.
- Maryland license as an LCSW‑C or LCPC.
