Employment Details
- All the flexibility of an independent contractor, with the advantages of a W2 employee!
- Able to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans
- Full-time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client sessions each week (with an ability to see more clients if desired)
- Complete all documentation within assigned time frames
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Massachusetts Clinical Licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC – 1, PsyD, and PhD)
- Able to implement varying evidence-based practices, dependent on client need
- Able to maintain appropriate boundaries
