Licensed or Registered Adolescent Therapist (AMFT / LMFT)

What You Will Do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program needs, including clinical assessment, service planning, record keeping, and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Develop and oversee the completion of treatment plans on an individual, family, and group basis.

Requirements

• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect, with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test.
• A current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
• Be licensed or registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences and have experience in a residential setting and/or with at-risk adolescent populations.
• Familiarity with navigating an Electronic Health Records System, preferably EXYM, is also required.
• Strong communication, written, and organizational skills, along with effective time management and the ability to meet multiple deadlines, are essential for success in this role.
