Licensed or Associate Licensed Master Level Clinician or CACII

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients experiencing mental health and substance use disorders
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and relapse prevention support
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, medical providers, and community resources to coordinate client care
• Education clients and families on mental health, addiction, coping strategies, and recovery resources
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in compliance with HIPAA and professional licensing regulations
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field with active associate license or CACII certificate
• Experience working with mental health and/or substance abuse populations preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and 12 Steps
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Preferred Experience: Co-occurring disorders treatment, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive outpatient (IOP), or outpatient behavioral health services, Crisis stabilization or community mental health experience, Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation systems
