Licensed Optician Assistant Manager

About the role

We're seeking a Visionworks Licensed Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager who can embody the heart of our brand. This role involves leading the store, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring a seamless patient and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Role model and engage in all steps of the patient/customer journey
• Supervise and redirect associates in the exam lane and sales floor
• Coach, motivate, and support associates to perform excellently
• Manage incoming traffic by coordinating and confirming doctor appointments, scheduled eyewear services, and ensuring all patient/customer needs are met
• Support the General Manager in managing the store's financial goals
• Ensure the store achieves its financial and customer experience goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience
• Maintain a State Opticians License

Pay

Pay Class: Full Time
Pay Rate: $28 - $34 per hour
