Licensed Occupational Therapist – Part Time or Consistent PRN

About the role

HTS is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at a senior living community in Bedford, Indiana. This Part-Time/Consistent PRN opportunity offers the chance to serve a varied caseload, including residents in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Requirements

• Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Passing score on the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination.
• Fulfillment of Indiana’s licensure requirements.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States (proof required upon offer).
