Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Manor House Care Center.
- Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
- Set and attain facility‑wide goals.
- Engage in creative problem solving.
- Oversee all aspects of facility operation.
- Use your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Unencumbered State of Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).
- Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable (but we are willing to invest in the right candidate).
