Responsibilities
- Establish, structure, and organize a functional management system for Crane’s Mill
- Ensure the highest practical level of care and delivery of service for residents
- Select and approve qualified directors, delegate functions, and monitor their effectiveness
- Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Maintain an active profile in the community through public relations and networking
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective quality assurance programs
- Coordinate and oversee medical and contract services
- Oversee labor negotiations and contracts
- Develop, implement, and monitor capital and operational budgets
- Review financial statements and ensure proper oversight of departments
- Maintain a professional attitude and serve as a role model
- Ensure the spiritual aspect of Crane’s Mill is upheld
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree required, MA degree preferred
- NJ LNHA license required
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as an Assistant Administrator or Administrator within a nursing home environment
- Five (5) years experience in Administration within a nursing home facility
- Age-specific competencies: Geriatric Special Populations preferred
