What You'll Do
- Provide overall leadership for daily facility operations
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Drive quality measures and survey readiness
- Lead financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional department leaders and staff
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and the community
- Partner with regional leadership to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Current Virginia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Previous leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, census development, financial management, employee engagement, and quality improvement
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
