About the Role
The Administrator leads and directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, federal and state government regulations, and company policies/procedures so as to maintain quality care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and mentoring of facility staff
- Development and implementation of a facility management system
- Administration, management, supervision, and coordination of all departments to ensure appropriate care
- Use of computers and other technological resources
- Oversight of a facility quality assurance process
- Financial management of a health care facility
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and other regulations governing the facility, patient/resident care, and reimbursement
- Develop professional relationships and represent the facility in professional and community activities
- Participate in educational programs for continued professional development
Requirements
- Active Nursing Home Administrator License in the State of Illinois
- Knowledge and expertise in management of a long-term care facility

This is a full-time salaried position.
