Scope of Position

We are committed to providing preventative and restorative care to all residents and clients here at Rockingham County. Our LNA's are a vital part of our dynamic team! With all services being performed under the direction of a licensed nurse, the LNA provides our residents with comfort and care through bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, answering call lights/alarms, and more. Our LNA's are continually educated on the best documentation practices and are also responsible for observing/reporting any changes or concerns in residents' activities. The LNA may maintain the unit common areas along with the resident’s room by making their beds and arranging their personal belongings. Our LNA's are responsible for following all established safety and infection control policies/procedures and will also intervene/report unsafe situations.

Required Education and Experience

  • Successful completion of an approved course for Licensed Nursing Assistant as set by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
  • Must possess and maintain a current, valid, unencumbered New Hampshire LNA license.
  • Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care settings is preferred.
  • CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
  • National Caregiver Certification Course (NCCC) welcomed.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Available Part Time Schedules

  • 32 Hours/Week: $3,200 Sign-On Bonus!
  • 72 Hours Bi-Weekly: $3,600 Sign-On Bonus!

Shift Differential

  • 2nd Shift: $4.00/hour
  • 3rd Shift: $5.00/hour
  • Weekend Premium: $2.00/hour
