Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Subdivision/Land Development plan reviews
- Zoning Reviews
- site grading
- sanitary & storm sewers
- storm water management
- hydrology
- PaDEP NPDES and other PaDEP permitting
- municipal site permit applications
- creating construction documents including preparing technical specifications
Qualifications
- Reside in the Chester / Delaware County Area
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Municipal and Civil Engineering
- BS Civil Engr or higher; PA PE license (a must)
- Proven experience in Subdivision/Land Development and Zoning Plan Reviews, site grading, sanitary and storm sewers, and stormwater management
