Licensed Mental Health Therapist - West Town

About the role

We are actively recruiting for a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater West Town market who can partner with us to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and do psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions.
• Help people define goals, gain insights all through personalized committed care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination, providing crisis intervention if needed.

Requirements

• Full license (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments of clients and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate and up to date electronic health records for all patient encounters.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Over one year of professional experience doing psychotherapy.

• Passion for high quality care.
• Desire to work in a hybrid work schedule, combining three days per week onsite and two days per week telehealth.
• Ability to build up a patient case load and schedule follow-ups on telehealth days.
• Experience with an evidence-based care model that improves the lives of patients.
• Proficiency in using a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes and provide best-in-class psychiatric/therapeutic care.

Pay

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule, combining three days per week onsite and two days per week telehealth. Expect full-time hours, but flexible scheduling is possible with advance notice.
