Responsibilities

• Manage your own practice and bring your existing clients

• Conduct sessions via telehealth or in-person
• Handle all credentialing with major insurers
• Receive guaranteed pay bi-weekly for completed sessions including no-shows
• Onboard existing clients and receive new referrals
• Collaborate with a dedicated account manager for practice growth
• Access innovative AI-powered tools to outsmart burnout and streamline workflow
• Utilize AI Notes, Session Takeaways, Session Prep, Goal Setting, Treatment Plan, and Reflections to enhance client care

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP)

Pay

$72-$90 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.
