Responsibilities

• Manage your own practice and bring your existing clients to SonderMind.
• Receive steady referrals and benefit from thoughtful client matching.

• Utilize innovative AI-powered tools to outsmart burnout and streamline your workflow.
• Handle all the hard parts of credentialing with major insurers, including the streamlined process for accepting insurance from major payors in your state.
• Benefit from guaranteed pay bi-weekly for completed sessions, including no-shows.
• Collaborate with clients to set and track goals, increasing engagement and accountability.
• Easily align with clients on diagnoses, goals, and care plans in a clear, clinically grounded format.
• Provide clients with AI-guided reflections between sessions to gain deeper context.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).

Pay

Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types. The range is $86-$106 per hour.

Schedule

Therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in-person sessions, but we can help connect you with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.
