Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare
- Work independently as an independently licensed therapist in the state of Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
- Experience working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Reside within commutable distance of local clinic

- Top compensation can exceed $91,000 - $104,000/year, no cap, compensation model based on productivity

Qualifications
