Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP)

We are a growing psychology practice serving Austin, Texas, and clients across the state through both in-person and telehealth services. Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
• Conduct assessments and intake evaluations
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Manage a full outpatient caseload
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and practice staff
• Manage licensure, continuing education, and professional standards
• Provide family or couples therapy if desired

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Texas license as an LP, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Independent licensure status
• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities

Pay

Base Salary + Productivity Model: A guaranteed base salary of $5,000 per month for your first 90 days while you build your caseload. After onboarding, compensation transitions to a productivity-based model that rewards clinicians for their work and growth. Providers earn compensation for each completed session, with higher earnings available as caseload volume increases.
