About the Role

We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload and be open to seeing children 5+, with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
  • Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families
  • Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
  • Maintain documentation per company policies

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey
  • Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
  • Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base

Training in EMDR, music therapy, and disordered eating is a plus.

Pay

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
