Licensed Mental Health Therapist (IIC) - Needed in Gloucester County

Key Responsibilities
- Providing individual In-home therapy and Telehealth therapy sessions.
- Performing bio-psycho-social assessments (if applicable).
- Implement coping and social skills, anger management, and reduce risk behaviors such as SIB or physical aggression.
- Work to improve youth and caretaker decision-making skills to manage in-home behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate effectively and consistently with the Child Family Treatment Team and/or professionals from other disciplines who also work to support the youth and family.
- Submit all required documentation and paperwork within designated time frames (intake, treatment plan, DAP notes, etc.).
- Attend monthly meetings and submit mandatory clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Must have a master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields such as LSW, LAC, LFTHas Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training
- Has some training or willing to complete Crisis Intervention Training (e.g. CSOC Training)
- Has post-internship field experience working with youth with mental health disorders with clinical experience
- Experience with creating treatment planning, treatment goals setting, progress notes, and initial assessments
- Experience in various counseling approaches: CBT, DBT, Trauma Response, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused
- Knowledge of using the DSM-5-TR for Assessments and Diagnosis
- Must be available for a minimum 10-20 hours per week during after-school hours of 12noon through 8pm. Weekend flexibility is a plus.
- Must maintain a minimum caseload of 2–4 clients for part-time staff
- Experience providing positive behavior supports
- Experience with children ages 3-20, and working with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) is a plus
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Pass all state and federal background checks
Compensation
$60 - $75 per hour
