About the role
Emerging and early career therapists will find a collaborative environment with clinical team support, growth opportunities, and supervision for licensure. Licensed Therapists can practice sustainably with personalized support from clinical and administrative teams. Leadership and supervision opportunities allow career growth while guiding the next generation of providers. This role is eligible for a $2,500 hiring incentive at this location for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
- Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client’s unique needs, fostering healing and resilience.
- Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support stable functioning.
- Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
- Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by hire.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development, including continuing education.
- Eagerness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.

Pay
The base compensation range for this role is $45 – $53 per billable unit. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.
