About the role

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans. Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide tailored therapy
- Develop treatment, safety, relapse, and wellness plans
- Participate in case consultations and discharge planning
- Ensure accurate documentation and billing
- Collaborate with team members
- Complete administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Active or eligible professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Pennsylvania
- Passionate about mental health and ongoing professional development
- Strong communication, ethical practice, and time management skills
