What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management
- Design and facilitate engaging psychoeducational and skills groups
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
- Care for coordination of care with families, referral sources, and external providers
What You Bring
- Required: Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary Range: Up to $100,000 annually
- This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation
- Total annual compensation is up to $100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on engagement
