About the role

Ellie Mental Health is a growing mental health franchise with a location in West Hartford, CT. Ellie West Hartford is run by a compassionate, authentic, and determined Clinic Director who has a passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care in the community, and making therapy more accessible for all.

Responsibilities

• Assess various mental health diagnoses
• Treatment Planning
• Daily documentation
• Engage in regular case consultations & clinical staff meetings
• Career coordination with outside providers & internal Ellie providers
• Complete all HIPAA training requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience working with various populations & age groups in an outpatient setting
• Full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Effective written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology, and Electronic Health Record systems

Qualifications

• Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
• Credentialed with insurance panels

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
