Licensed Mental Health Therapist

About the role

Charlie Health’s virtual substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment programs are available in select states. Professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with independent practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to patients.
• Conduct symptom improvement analysis based on self-reported outcomes data.
• Participate in cohort-specific outcomes analysis.
• Engage in higher level of care (HLOC) readmission analysis.

Requirements

Applicants must have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Experience in treating substance use disorders and/or eating disorders is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Experience working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders and/or eating disorders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms.

Skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for substance use disorders and eating disorders.
• Ability to conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with remote therapy and telehealth technologies.
