Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Arizona

What this role looks like

• Carry a caseload of 1522 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy via telehealth.
• Work weekday afternoons and evenings (29 PM), with weekend availability a plus.
• Build the schedule.
• Handle referrals and administrative tasks.
• Conduct assessments and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room.
